Refund & Cancellation | Studio Muse Canada

Cancel within 48 hours of booking for a full refund.
Cancel after 48 hours but before flowers arrive: 10% service fee withheld.
Cancel after flowers arrive or preservation begins: 20% service fee withheld.
If requesting leftover flowers returned along with cancellation, the client also covers return shipping.
To cancel, email harsheen@studiomuse.ca with order details and reason.

Studio Muse does not offer refunds for custom preservation pieces as they are custom made.
If an error occurs on our end, we will work with the client to correct the issue or provide a replacement if possible.
Clients approve the mock layout before final preservation to ensure expectations are met.
Shipping costs to Studio Muse are non-refundable.
