TERMS & POLICIES
Shipping & Drop Off
-
I understand I am responsible for sending or dropping off my flowers to Studio Muse.
-
I understand that failure to follow shipping instructions may result in flowers being damaged or deemed unworkable. In such cases, the artist may offer the option to downsize or change the style of my piece, or, if flowers are unsalvageable, cancel and refund my order.
-
I understand that glass vases, pendants, charms, ribbons, or decorative items sent with flowers will not be returned. I must remove these before shipping if I wish to keep them.
The Preservation Process
-
Flowers are preserved in the condition they arrive. Bruised or damaged flowers may appear in the final piece. Replacement stems may be purchased if necessary.
-
Flowers naturally change color during preservation (e.g., whites may yellow, reds may darken, pinks may shift to purple).
-
Some flowers or bouquet elements may be too thick to fit in certain frames or resin pieces.
-
I understand that unused flowers can be returned if requested at the time of booking. Otherwise, leftover flowers become the property of Studio Muse.
-
Studio Muse will communicate via the email and phone number provided on the order, and it is my responsibility to keep contact information up to date.
Design & Approval
-
For custom pieces, clients can choose to approve a mock layout or leave it as a surprise.
-
For add-ons and monograms, layouts are not shared prior to final preservation.
-
Every piece is handmade and may include slight variations in color, layout, or resin texture. These are part of the piece’s charm and are not defects.
Delivery & Pickup
-
Finished pieces can be shipped or picked up locally.
-
Shipping costs for sending flowers to Studio Muse and returning finished pieces are the client’s responsibility.
-
Care instructions are included to help flowers last as long as possible.
